Conditions to apply
Project is related to thesis,
Project was completed during MA or Ph.D.
Must obtain financial contribution for the trip (min. 100$) from their academic unit or supervisor
Must be registered full time in a Ph.D. program at the time of the conference
Must have completed at least two terms in their Ph.D. program
Must present their research at the conference within the first 15 terms from their initial registration in the Ph.D. program (the first term of the transfer to Ph.D. is taken as reference for fast-track students).
Need to be first author and presenter
Cannot have applied 3 times in regular PhD program or 4 times in the fast-track program (max of 2 per year: May 1st and April 30th)

1st form and pre-conference supporting docs before leaving for conference
2nd form after conference with original receipts

Up to 800$ (based on zone of conference)

An abstract of the paper to be presented
A formal indication of the list of authors
A written proof that the publication has been accepted for presentation at the conference

Cannot apply for faculty funding (#1)
Must have a contract as TA, RA, Proctor, Marker, Tutor of Lab Demonstrator
Need 100$ from School of Psychology or recommendation from thesis supervisor
Co-author and presenter (no more than one co-author will be funded per poster)
Priority given to applications who have not received a grant in previous session
Deadlines
1st form and supporting docs two weeks before 1st day of conference
2nd form after conference with original receipts
